Campus News

Student drivers are not permitted to use the rear access road near the stadium before or after the school day. Driving privileges will be revoked, as per the driving agreement you signed. No exceptions!

 

SENIORS, If you are interested in attending the Financial Aid Day on Wednesday at 8:30 am in the auditorium please sign up in Guidance or on the Guidance Website by the end of the day today, November 1st in the evening will be our Parent Financial Aid Night, please take the flyer home to your parent/guardian. This is for ALL Seniors attending college to learn more about the Financial Aid process, please check your school email DAILY for important information such as scholarships, and college visits

G.O.A.L." The Greenbelt Overhaul Alliance of Levittown, along with the Heritage Conservancy, are looking for volunteers to help with a cleanup of Croydon Woods this Saturday, November 4th from 9am until noon.  If you would like to help do something good for your community and the environment, meet at 2100 Summit Avenue at the intersection of Summit and Harris in Croyden at 9am.  Please wear work clothes and bring a refillable water bottle.  A free lunch will be served at noon.  See Mr. McGee in B1 for more information

 

Do you want to be a part of creating the Truman Yearbook for this year? We need editors, photographers, and folks who just want to be a part of something great! On-the-job training included! Our first meeting is after school on Thurs. Nov. 9 in B6. Any questions, please see Mr. Cristea in B6 or Mrs. Shemesh in B2. Thank you!

 

Sports News

Reminder to all students that we will be having a fan bus to the Coatesville game on Friday. The cost is $10 and includes your ticket to the game.  You must bring your money in either Wed or Thursday to ensure your seat on the bus.  Ms. Cammiso will be in all lunches today taking names and collecting money.

 

All boys and girls interested in running Winter Track this year, there will be an informational meeting right after school in G3 on Monday November 6 at 2:30.- Mr. Wright

 

Cheerleading Tryouts for the 2017-2018 basketball cheerleading squad will be held on Monday November 6th, Wednesday November 8th, and Thursday November 9th from 6:00-8:00 pm in the old gym.

 

Winter workouts for softball will start November 6th. They will be from 2:30-5 every Monday and Wednesday till further notice. Please be prepared.

 

Attention all Athletes planning on trying out for a Winter Sport. The first day of tryouts is November 17th.  You must have a completed physical and impact test by that date or you will not be allowed to tryout, physicals will be held at Truman in the trainers room on Wednesday Nov. 8th and Nov 15th, the cost is $10.  Impact tests will be at Truman in the cafeteria on Thursday Nov 9th and Tuesday Nov 14th. All are immediately after school

 

Boys soccer uniform collection will occur after school on Thursday November 2 in the gym area.

Varsity player need to only return the two pair of shorts they received, JV players must return their shorts AND jerseys.

Any players owing money for their varsity jerseys must have that as well.

Any player that does not submit their uniforms on that day will have an obligation card submitted.
