Campus News

Mr. Mergard's Sports Marketing classes are currently selling tickets to a 76ers game. Come out on Wednesday - March 21st - 7:00pm and watch them take on the Memphis Grizzlies.  

This will be a crucial game as the Sixers look to lock up their 1st playoff spot in 5 years.  Seats are located in Section 207A and are $20 each.  Tickets can be purchased from any Sports Marketing student or in Room C28.  

 

All IDK Mentors, please stop by guidance today to pick up communication from Mrs. Wood relating to our next meeting. The next meeting is on March 5th in the library.

Club News

V.O.I.C.E. invites you to an evening of celebrating Black History Month,

on Friday February 23, from 6:30- 8:30 PM, in the library.

We welcome everyone to join us. Please bring music, poetry, books, pictures or art to share.

All Art Club - National Art Honor Society students should see Mrs. Wilkin in C2

Reminder!! There is a March of Dimes Science Club meeting today, after school in room B-2 for clown training.  Bring $2 and arrange your own ride home

 

Sports News

All students interested in playing Baseball this Spring must have a physical and a completed Concussion Impact test prior to tryouts on March 5th.

 

Physicals are offered tomorrow and the 28th after school for $10.

Concussion Impact Testing is on the 27th.

If you played a Fall or Winter Sport, you will need to complete a Recertification form.

Please see Coach Monaghan in room C-17 with any questions.

 

Attention all football players: We will begin our skills and drills today after school, from 6-8 PM.  Attendance is mandatory.  Please see Coach L. in C-5 with any questions.

 

Congrats to the girls and boys track team for competing at the Meet of Champs &

congratulations to Naomi Hallman for her 6th place finish in 60 meter hurdles and new personal best time.

Congratulations to the boys 4x200 meter relay with first place finish Sayyid Saunders, James Koliyah, Edwin Teah, Badr Fask.  Congrats to Sayyid Saunders who finished in first place in the 200 meter dash, and Jeshran Gayle 6th place finish in 200 meters dash.
