Have you ever felt like people just wouldn't understand? Have you ever been afraid to be who you are for the fear of being bullied or harassed? If you have felt this way or know someone else who has, join us for the Day of Silence.

The Day of Silence was created to help students to express themselves in a way that is not accepted. We want to recognize that these students are not the only ones who have to sometimes hide their true selves. The Day of Silence will be held Friday, April 27th, and all students are invited.  T-shirts will be on sale during lunches this week for $5.

Mandatory meetings for CITS will be held April 30th for Group Counselors & May 2 for Activities Counselors right after school in the cafeteria.

If you can not make your meeting scheduled you need to let Mrs. Martesi know ASAP.

If you have not picked up your paperwork pick it up ASAP from C10 Mrs. Fortunak. Turn your signed paperwork into Mrs. Frotunak no later than April 19th.

HOLD ON, YOU MATTER.  That is the theme of this year’s suicide prevention walk which will be held on Sunday, April 22nd at 9:30 am at The Bucks County Technical High School.  If you have thought about suicide, if you know someone who has attempted suicide or you have lost a family member or friend to suicide, please join us to help others.

Truman will be doing a mini walk during 8th period on Friday, April 20th (weather permitting).  To participate, you must donate $2.00 to the walk and receive a walk bracelet. Your bracelet will be your ticket to the mini walk.  If you wish to donate $10.00 you will also receive a T-shirt on the day of the walk, or it will be given to you the Monday after at Truman.
