Its that time of year and Winter is here!! That means it's time for the Winter Ball!

This year's Winter Ball will be held on Friday, December 13th at Georgines.  Tickets are $40 per person. You can pick up Winter Ball information and forms in the Main Office.  Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, November 20th in the Athletic Office.  You must have all discipline hours completed to purchase a ticket. The last day to purchase tickets will be Wednesday, December 4th.

 

Any senior who is interested in being spirit night captain please see Mrs. Denny in the Phys Ed office for an application. Applications are due back to Mrs. Denny by 11/27.

Club News 

 

"G.O.A.L is a grassroots environmental group in Levittown and they are looking for volunteers this Saturday, November 23rd from 8:50 am until 1pm to clean up of Queen Ann Creek. Meet at McStew's Irish Pub 5316 New Falls Road Levittown, PA (Not far from York Pharmacy). If you are under age 18 you need a parent or guardian to sign you in. Please show up at 8:50 am. They supply tools and bags. Please wear sturdy foot wear and dress appropriately for the weather. Bring a refillable water bottle. Be sure to write Truman High School after your name when you sign in. Any questions feel free to contact Mr. McGee in B1.

ADMISSION: FREE  WITH A CULTURAL  COVER DISH OR DESSERT THAT  FEEDS 10 OR MORE PEOPLE

There will be a collection of nonperishable foods 

for local families in need.

Reminder that there is a Reading Olympic Meeting today, Thursday, 11/21 from 2:15-2:45. All the books are in and there are only five months till the competition! See you on Thursday after school.

ATTENTION ALL ATHLETES

How do you get an Athletic Scholarship?  What does it take to be a college athlete today?  When does the recruiting process start? Do smaller colleges have money for athletes?

 Learn the answers to ALL these questions and more on Tuesday December 10th at 7:30 pm in the Auditorium when our school hosts the “Student-Athlete & College Recruiting”. 

This FREE seminar is a MUST for ALL athletes in grades 8-12 who want to play sports in college, and their parents.   

Again the date is: Tuesday December 10th at 7:30 p.m in the Auditorium
